The headline figures (median, minimum, maximum, quartiles) are over ONE figure per source in % (a source's median where its page yielded several accepted sentences), so N counts sources, never sentences; 166 candidate sentence(s) were refused by a reviewer with the reason recorded. Derivation as chartered: the median, minimum and maximum quoted rate ACROSS every lender and broker that publishes one, split by owner-occupier against investment, by LTV band and by fixed against margin-over-Base-Rate - with the count publishing a rate at all, the spread between the high street and the specialists, and the movement since the last read; no lender publishes the market, only its own card
